Positive: The location really was the key for my trip. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional.
Negative: I understand, my stay was at an unfortunate time while undergoing construction, however due to the construction, entering in a safe manner was a slight concern. The heavy equipment was not properly roped off and they had a lifted load left parked next to the side entrance to the hallway by the main entrance.

Positive: Although we did not use, pool was available this time! Staff were friendly.
Negative: This used to be called the monarch. When we first booked on this Webb site it did not say that it was Hilton Garden. We’ve stayed at the Monarch before, so if we did not know it was here we would have been confused on how to find it. This facility is under construction, which is understandable for any dust or noises however, there were workers working in the middle of the night while we tried to sleep. Our room is butt up right next to the hall that was under construction. It smelled. As far as the rooms they were updated and looked very nice. The water temperature for the shower or the sink took about 5 minutes for it to warm up Each one of us had to run the water for a while before we could get in. There was no phone in our room when we needed or had questions. Our door did not deadbolt-we had to lift the door so the lock would go into the catch.

Negative: Couldn’t watch tv. It kept freezing. Called front desk, they sent a guy up, he looked at it and said he knew the problem and would be back in five minutes. He never came back. Very disappointed
Summary: The location is great for me. Food amazing hopefully next trip will be better Very disappointed in this trip
